My Favorite Fall Shoes

I love shoes! They are my favorite part of an outfit. Most of the time, I center my clothes around which shoes I want to wear! My number one piece of advice, and it may sound obvious, but make sure you keep in mind what you will be doing when you pick our your shoes No one wants to be standing 4+ hours in the cool fall weather at a football game in heels. Trust me, I have been there a time or two because I would pick out the outfit first and then my shoes, but I learned my lesson, and do not make that mistake anymore.
There are so many options during the fall months that you can choose from that are both functional and fashionable! You have short booties, mid calf boots, knee high boots, sneakers, and closed toe heels. Amazon has many shoe options to choose from, but today I will talk about my favorite fall shoe finds. Knee High Boots
I am a sucker for knee high boots especially cowgirl style. You can dress up any outfit by adding a pair of these boots! These boots also come in different colors and fabrics. If you want a more classic style the cream, black, and brown are just what you need; however, if you want to be a little bolder, these come in green and red! There are leather and suede options on this boot style as well! These boots would look good paired with a oversized sweater dress, mini dress, or your favorite skirt and sweater for the fall!
This is another great knee high boot option. This suede boot is perfect for your fall and winter events! These boots will look good with your favorite fall dress or a chunky sweater and leggings/tights. I will warn you that suede is hard to clean, so be mindful when you wear these!

I love Steve Madden shoes! They are comfy while being fashionable! This is another suede option that is very popular! You can wear these boots with pretty much anything! I where booties a lot when I go out and do anything in the fall/winter! They help elevate your look without having to do a lot of extra work, and they are comfy. The rubber heel on these boots makes them even more comfortable then most other boot options. If you prefer to not wear suede, this style also comes in leather with colors including black, brown, and white!
Again, Steve Madden is definitely a go to of mine! I like this bootie option because this style is a little more dressy so you can wear these on a nicer occasion while still keeping your feet nice and warm. The boot also comes in three other colors for you to choose from, but I like to stick with black because I can get more wear out of them. You can pair these shoes with your favorite fall blouse/sweater and nice pair of blue jeans.

I love to throw on a pair of sneakers with a dress or jeans! They are comfortable, and they are perfect to dress up or down! You can wear this with your favorite fall dress, blouse and a pair of blue jeans or even a pair of you favorite comfy sweats! Wearing sneakers is a great idea if you will be having to stand or walk around for a long time! They would be perfect for a college football game, a pumpkin patch, or even a hunted cornfield/house! I love UGGS! They are so comfortable, and easy to slip and walk out the door! You may think UGGs are just a good shoe to put on quickly to run to the store or wear around the house to keep your feet warm; however, this style UGG is becoming more popular to dress up an outfit! You can put on your favorite sweater, pair of blue jeans, and slip into these warm UGGs for any of your cool fall and cold winter occasions. These comes in many different colors to choose from, but I love this classic look of the chestnut!
Yes, I am adding another pair of UGGs! This is a new style UGG has come out with. I love anything that says platform! Who doesn't like to took just a little bit taller? Just like the UGGs above, you can dress these boots up or down whichever you choose! Don't be afraid to wear these on a cold night out with a more dressy outfit! This platform UGG also comes in black if you prefer that over the chestnut!
Extras
If I am being honest, I am not the biggest fan of wearing heels (especially when its cold), but I know that it is sometimes necessary. I think these are a perfect fall/winter heel! I love the look of the gold detail on the heel with the classic black! These shoes will be great for your fancier occasions this fall!
Loafers are becoming more and more popular! I love this style and color because you can wear them with more things you already have in your closet! Loafers are a comfortable dressy shoe that you can wear to work, to shop, or to dinner. You also can put on a classic mini or midi dress with a pair of ankle socks with these shoes and you are ready for a day out!
